Last week was Maori Language Week. During last week we had a variation of activities such as the fishing competition, poster competition, translation competition, and the Hangi. The poster competition was taken by Jade and Ana who had a cool design. Leotisia won the translation competition and won a Te Mahi Kai t-shirt and stickers and a Te Mahi Kai t-shirt. And room 13 won the class mufti. On the Friday a big Hangi was held to celebrate this years theme of food and lots of people got to school at 7 am to help cook it including me.
